Also want to make some scented cream – how much essential oil goes in 100ml aqueous cream? Don’t want to put too much and do myself a mischief! I did an aromatherapy course ages ago so I know the basics but am sooo rusty… 3 drops of essential oil to 10ml (2teaspoons) carrier oil. 6 drops of essential oil to 20ml carrier oil 15 drops of essential oil to 50ml carrier oil 30 drops of essential oil to 100ml carrier oil. Recipes The de-stresser= 2 dr lavender, 2dr chamomile 2 dr bergamot The revitaliser= 2dr lemon 2dr black pepper 2 dr rosemary The hormone balancer= 3dr geranium 2 dr cypress 1 dr rose The night of passion= 1dr jasmine 1dr rose 2 dr sandlewood 2 dr ylang ylang all the above to mix with 20ml carrier oil you could try mixing with cream but do smaller amounts as it dosent keep so well. enjoy ! powered by Yahoo answers
